Employment Screening

All prospective hires must go through mandatory screening, which includes:
  • Face-to-face interview to assess skills and experience
  • Criminal background check through Criminal Justice Information Systems of Maryland and through Crimlink + National Sex Offender Registry
  • License/certificate verification according to state law and requirements
  • Continual license status monitoring throughout employee tenure
  • Reference checks
  • State health screenings as required by law
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current First Aid Certification

Once approved for hire, each employee must undergo:
  • In-office orientation prior to placement
  • Employee performance reviews, with client input 90 days after placement and once every year thereafter
